These terms describe the use of ovpt.ai, ai-guard.ovpt.ai and contact.ovpt.ai. These websites introduce OVPT projects, provide educational content and demonstrations, and let you get in touch by email.

The websites are free to browse, with no account registration or online purchases. They are not the production interfaces of the products they present.
Some content describes target architectures or projects under development. Demonstrations illustrate how they work and their limitations; they do not establish that a feature is available in a released product.

Email links open the email application configured on your device. You write and send your own message to contact@ovpt.ai. If no email application opens, you can copy the address into your usual application.
Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, constitute an order. Any services require a separate agreement setting out their scope, price and applicable conditions. These terms of use are not terms of sale.

Use of the websites must comply with the law and respect the rights of others. You must not attempt unauthorised access to their systems, circumvent their protections, introduce malicious content or disrupt their operation.
To report an error or a security issue, email contact@ovpt.ai with a description of the problem, without sending passwords, access keys or confidential information belonging to others.

The content provides general information and introductions to the projects. It may change or be corrected. References, dates, assumptions and limitations stated on each page help explain its scope.
This content does not replace an assessment tailored to your circumstances. Before using a solution in a real environment, check its version, requirements and suitability for your needs.

Rights in text, visuals, trademarks and software belong to their respective holders. Reuse must comply with the permissions granted, applicable licences and exceptions provided by law.
Software and resources offered under an open source licence remain governed by the licence stated in their repository or distribution. These terms neither change nor restrict the rights granted by those licences. Featuring an open source project does not automatically place all website content under the same licence.

Access to the websites may be interrupted, including for maintenance or because of an incident. Continuous availability is not promised.
Some links lead to external services or repositories. Access to and use of those services are governed by their own terms and privacy information.
Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit users’ mandatory rights.

These terms may be updated as the websites evolve. The date at the top of the page identifies the published version. An update does not, by itself, change the terms of a separate agreement already concluded.
