This policy explains data processing on ovpt.ai, ai-guard.ovpt.ai and contact.ovpt.ai, information websites without accounts or online purchases.

Your email enquiries
The email button opens your email application; the website submits no form. If you send a message, OVPT receives your address, the information supplied and any attachments to handle your enquiry. Sending a message is optional; sufficient contact details and information are needed to reply.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries, or steps you request before a service agreement or quotation. Enquiries with no further action are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange.
Any contractual relationship receives separate privacy information. Only necessary records are subsequently archived to meet applicable legal obligations or defend legal rights; requirements and periods depend on the records concerned.

Preferences and demonstrations
Functional preferences adapt the interface to your choices. Local storage has no programmed expiry: you can clear it, like cookies, in your browser. This resets your choices.
On ai-guard, language follows your selection, browser languages, then the country supplied by Cloudflare as a fallback; our application does not retain your IP for this selection. It also respects your system’s reduced-motion setting. These adaptations serve our legitimate interest in providing a usable interface.
Demonstrations remain in page memory. We have added no advertising or audience measurement tools to the websites’ code.

Technical hosting data
Access involves sending your IP address and request information needed for delivery and security, based on our legitimate interest in operating the websites.
OpenAI Ireland Ltd. processes hosting data for OVPT, including logs, usage and device data. Its agreement covers operations during the contract and its closure, including deletion unless legally required otherwise, without specifying a retention period for each log. You can request details at contact@ovpt.ai.

Providers and transfers
Recipients are OVPT and the necessary providers: OpenAI Ireland Ltd., processor for ChatGPT Sites, Cloudflare, Ltd. for infrastructure, and OVHcloud for our email service. Your provider also handles the email you send.
OpenAI lists the United States among Cloudflare hosting locations. Its agreement provides for standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision for transfers outside the EEA. Contact us for details of processing locations and applicable safeguards.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data. Subject to GDPR conditions, you also have rights to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to data portability. Email contact@ovpt.ai or write to the address above. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
